    Well done sir..

Please remember that you will hit some plateaus on the way to your goal, where it seems like nothing is happening. 8 lbs a week my be normal at first, but it will likely taper down. As long as you are prepared for this, it should be easy to deal with....

Just keep doing the right things (diet, exercise) and your body will respond...

hey darlin'... You are doing a fantastic job! Can't wait to see the pics in 14 months. Keep fighting... you are headed in a wonderful direction.

Just 1 suggestion... make sure your diet is balanced. FitDay is great for facing what you actually eat. I don't know how often you are eating, but to help with the tummy pains, you should be eating 5-6 times a day... which amounts to every 2 hours or so. Small meals! And lots of them! It will help keep your blood sugar even, allow your metabolism to stay balanced, and help your tummy not hurt. It's just a suggestion. (that i would make regardless of whether you were trying to lose weight or not... it's better for your bod!) Keep us posted! :) ebers79 (aka em)

Hi Tyler. Came in via T Stormcrowes blog. WEll, first off I might say at 411 you carry your weight well, meaning you do not appear to be that heavy!
I admire you also as I admire T, it is a big step to undertake losing weight and exercise. I have never been considered big but my weight fluctuates between medications and what nots. But I have always had a handle on it and have managed to regain control when I began to feel uncomfortable in my clothes. I know how hard it can be and I wish you well in your weight loss and exercise regime!!

Go get 'em tiger and remember YOU CAN DO IT!!!!

    take care,
    Peg
