Woot! 7 more pounds gone!
Yep thats right, 7 more pounds on the week. Total 15 down now, and feeling good. So that goes to show all you potential dieters out there that you can snack and still loose weight as long as you stay active and eat properly the rest of the time. So 15 down now. :)
On another note, I sort of forgot to set my alarm this morning, so morning cardio is starting tommorow instead of today hehe :)
Oh, someone asked for my protein shake recipee so here it is.
1 Scoop Protien Powder (Chocholate Flavor)
2 Bananas
500 ml mil
500 ml water
yogurt
Strawberries/grapes/oranges depending on what I have
Mix and put into two bottles. :)
Well adios for now guys :)

I'll give you some help here. If you like eggs, try egg beaters. They taste like egg, especially if you get the southwestern flavored ones. They are loaded with protein, and yummy.
I was wholly against what I deem "fake eggs", but have come to love these little guys.
Also, smartbeat fake mayo. Fat free and not bad when mixed with tuna. Add pickle relish, not the sweet kind and you can't even tell it's fat free.
I've lost 22 pounds in the last 2 months. : )Good luck!!!
